REPORTING / DEPARTURE TIME All cadets involved have to report to school by 6.45am and transport to HQ NCC will depart at 7am sharp. Late comers will have to make their way to HQ on their own. All Course participants will report for In-processing at HQ by 0730 hours. Directional signs will be posted to lead them to the reporting point. The course is expected to end at approximately 1800 hours on the last day of the course. All Course participants must report in their No.4 uniform with beret. All male cadets are reminded to spot a neat haircut, failing which they will not be permitted to join the course. Late-comers without a valid excuse will not be entertained after 0900 hours on the day of In-processing. Day-off will not be granted to any course participant except on emergency and compassionate cases. Course participants are expected to be punctual without fail. CIVIL DEFENCE COURSE (AMENDED)

Cadets involved are to know the amendment printed in yellow. ************************************************************* The Civil Defence Basic Course, which is part of the NCC’s elective programmes, is a national effort aimed at educating and teaching our civilian population about the potential disasters and emergencies that may unexpectedly occur in our country. HQ NCC supports and promotes the Civil Defence rationale and therefore encourages our NCC cadets to attend this course.
