*Only 1 SINGAPOREAN AIR Cadet will be selected.
-There will be a briefing for all participants at the theatrette, NCC Campus.
-The date and time would be made known later.
-The course fee is $1,100.00. All participating cadets will only pay $100.00 each for the course.
-District Commanders/CSOs are to ensure that an absentee from the course pays the full sum of $1,100.00.
-District Commanders/CSOs are to ensure that all completed registration forms and photocopy of passports showing the validity period of at least 6 months are submitted to Head Training Branch latest by 3 Sep 10.

33RD BASIC DIVING COURSE 2010
Dates : 29 November to 9 December
Criteria for selection :
•Must obtain parental/guardian’s consent and recommended by unit/school.
•Must be 3SG and above.
•Must be medically fit.
•Must have a height not less than 1.60m.
•Must have weight not less than 55 kg.
•Must have good eyesight of 6/6 to 6/24.
•Must have education level of at least Sec 3.
•Attained at least Silver award in NAPFA (validity 2 months from date of 1st swimming test)
-There will be 2 swimming tests. Only eligible cadets will be notified to attend the swimming selection test. IMOS will support NCC to manage the 1st swimming test while the NDU will manage the 2nd test.
-Candidates applying for the course must achieve the following minimum requirements in the swimming tests as set by NDU:
•Swim 200 meters in Breast Stroke ONLY within 6 minutes.
•Complete a 5 meters tower jump into swimming pool.
•Swim underwater for 25 metres.
