Cadets who pass the test will be awarded the ‘Silver Wings’ and will also be promoted to the next higher rank. REPORTING Cadets nominated for the Silver Wings Course are to report to 3SG NATHANIEL LEE, in No. 3 Uniform at Block 510, Air Force Training Command, 550 Airport Road, at 0900 hours sharp, each day. The course would end at 1700 hours on both days. Cadets who do not know how to get there, please meet 3SG Zion at Toa Payoh MRT at 8am. The appointed OIC, 2LT (NCC) Colleen Ng, will ensure that daily attendance of cadets is taken and absentees are reported to NCC (Air) Admin Office for follow-up action. The OIC and 2IC will accompany the cadets, observe the lessons and provide accurate and useful feedback as well as learn something useful from the lessons. At the end of the course, the OIC or 2IC must complete and submit the attached Feedback Form in Annex A, to the NCC (Air) Office without undue delay. SAFETY / DISCIPLINE All cadet participants must to be punctual and observe all the safety rules and precautions. Cadets must pay compliments to ALL NCC & RSAF/RSN/SAF Officers. They are expected to be in their best behaviour, be self-disciplined and move in an orderly manner. Cameras and computers/electronic devices with record and photo-taking capabilities (eg. CONCLUSION Much effort and resources have been put into organizing the Silver Wings Course programme for our Part B cadets. It is therefore imperative for Unit COs to ensure the success of the programme by giving it priority so that all their cadets nominated for the two-day course will be available to attend all the scheduled activities in order to benefit from it.
