Attire: School shorts with Unit-T AIR RACE VENUE: Hwa Chong Institution (High School) Computer Lab 3 673 Bukit Timah Road Singapore 269735 DATE / TIME: 10 Sept 2009 (Thurs) 8:30 am ~ 1:00 pm IMPORTANT : Detailed Briefing / Coaching / Hands-on start at 8:30 am SHARP All contestants to assemble in Computer Lab 3 by 8:30 am Latest Note 1 : All students to be in his / her own school uniform Note 2 : Students are not allowed to bring along family members or friends Note 3 : Students to bring own Protractor--Ruler (30 cm)--Pencil--Eraser--StopWatch—Calculator—Stapler Note 4 : No video-taking allowed This event is organised by Asia Flight Simulation Centre.

PDS AI COURSE INFO

Cadets involved: 2SG Kelvin Ko CPL Gaines Goh LCP Jonathan Lam COURSE ADMIN INSTRUCTION: The PDS AI Course Training Programme is designed by Instructors from SAF Military Police Command. The course will cover 7 advance arms drills and also train the participants on the conduct of drill as an Auxiliary Instructor. The following 7 advance arms drills will be introduced during the course: a. Original Seagull Arm b. Tapping Arm c. Stupid Arm d. Modified Arm e. Ramesh Arm f. Impact Arm g. Campaign Arm The abovementioned cadets have to report to HQ NCC on 8 Sep, 0800 hr as briefed to by RSM. All Participants are to report in No 4 Uniform. They will then be transported to Mowbray Camp for the non-residential course. On 11 Sep, 1730 hr, they will be transported back to NCC Campus to return all the Mark 4 weapons. SPECIALIST COURSE II - 8-11 SEPT 2009

Below are information for cadets nominated to attend the Specialists’ Course scheduled on 8 to 11 September 2009. Cadets involved: 3SG CHAN GUO JING 3SG LEE ZI HAO ALOYSIUS 3SG MUHAMMAD ZAKI ZAKWAN B ABDUL W 3SG NG BAO HAN Just a gentle reminder! ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY. Take note that any cadets on nominal roll who failed to report for the Course, the school will be issued a bill amounting up to the payment of $60.00 for the cost of the indented ration for the full Camp dates (working on a basis of $15.00 per day). ELECTRONIC DEVICES Please be reminded that cameras, camera hand phones, laptops, thumbdrives, MP3 players (these come with storage capacity), PSPs and any electronic device capable of storing data are strictly prohibited in the camp complex. The guards and military police attached to every camp will thoroughly check through each individual personnel at the gate. You are advised to thoroughly check your bags before proceeding to Camp. If possible, all this electronic devices should be left at home. COURSE AI: Kindly note that the location of the course will be at Pasir Laba Camp, School of Infantry Specialist (SISPEC). Course participants are to meet Mr Ramesh outside CCHY General Office @ 7.30am where transport arrangement has been made to send all of you there. However if you have missed the transport arrangement, please make your way to Singapore Discovery Centre Bus Bay, which is walking distance from Joo Koon MRT station, where a ferry service would be provided to transport the cadets to SISPEC. All Course participants will report by 0830 hours at Singapore Discovery Centre Bus Bay to be transported to SISPEC for in-processing. Cadet Officers will be posted to guide the participants. The course is expected to end at approximately 1800 hr on the last day of the course. Ferry Service from SISPEC to Singapore Discovery Centre Bus Bay would be provided. All Course participants must report in their No.4 uniform with beret. All male cadets are reminded to spot a neat haircut, failing which they will not be permitted to join the course. Course participants are expected to be punctual without fail. Late-comers without a valid excuse will not be entertained after 0900hrs on the day of In-processing. Day-off will not be granted to any course participant except on emergency and compassionate cases. PERSONAL BELONGINGS Course participants should bring the following items when reporting for the course. a. 1 set of No.4 Uniform b. Unit T-shirt and track pants c.
