Reflection on SBAB Attachment 2007

I hereby congratulate all the 5 senior specialists and 2 specialists on completing the attachment lasting from 12th to 14th November. In this attachment, we get to explore the inside of a CH-47 Chinook and learn to operate it in a flight simulator. We were also taught on the various individual squadrons on what do they do and what do they operate.

Hands-on activities are once in a lifetime experience but the highlight of this attachment is definitely the joyride on the Chinook itself. We get to experience the feeling of being lifted up in the air on a Chinook. The feeling is definitely great. We even took a group photo with the AH-64 Apache. (top)
Officers there are sociable and ready to clarify our doubts, they also shared their rich experience with us, persuading us to sign on. The two and a-half days we spent at both the SBAB and Chong Pang Camp were very meaningful and that concludes another chapter of our NCC life.
