The Civil Defence Basic Course, which is part of the NCC’s elective programmes, is a national effort aimed at educating and teaching our civilian population about the potential disasters and emergencies that may unexpectedly occur in our country. HQ NCC supports and promotes the Civil Defence rationale and therefore encourages our NCC cadets to attend this course.

Time: 1 day, from 0815 hours - 1730 hours.
Attire: No. 4 with beret and a neat haircut.
Cadets may bring along their school T-shirts.
Meals: No Lunch will be provided.
Please be reminded that all Course Participants are to report to LCP Kai Cheng at Tampines MRT by 7.30am. 2-way transportation to and from HQ 2nd Civil Defence Division has been arranged.
