Part B cadets will be brought to the AFTC by their seniors using public transport on the first day. Cadets who are going on their own or with their parents, please inform Mr Ramesh before hand so that the senior assigned to this activity need not wait for you. Cadets will have to make their way there on their own on the 2nd day. The lessons conducted would be on Airframes and Engines, Electrical Instruments Radio Communications, and Flight Simulators. At the end of the course, cadets are required to sit for a test. Cadets who pass the test will be awarded the ‘Silver Wings’ and will also be promoted to the next higher rank.
SAFETY / DISCIPLINE All cadet participants must be punctual and observe all the safety rules and precautions. Cadets must pay compliments to ALL NCC & RSAF/RSN/SAF Officers. They are expected to be in their best behaviour, be self-disciplined and move in an orderly manner. Cameras and computers/electronic devices with record and photo-taking capabilities (eg. Palm Top, some new versions of handphones) are NOT allowed to be brought into Air Force Training Command. Please treat all the courses arranged for the cadets seriously as they are designed to enhance the cadets' knowledge and widen their perspective of aviation subjects.
Attendance is compulsory. Cadets who are absent without any legitimate reasons will be dealt with accordingly and their promotion prospects will also be reduced.
