Yishun Town Sec School will be conducting the a/m course at their school premises from 24 to 26 Nov 2010. The following Part A cadets have been selected to attend the Basic PDS Course at Yishun Town Sec Sch (YTSS).

ADMIN INSTRUCTION:
This set of instructions will spell out the administrative and logistics matters in relation to the smooth running of the course.
AIM
The aim of this course is to allow cadets to learn the 19 basic arm drills of PDS. With their knowledge on PDS, they would be able to attend the selections test for the NCC PDS Enhanced Auxiliary Instructor Course held next year. Upon completion of the course, the graduands will be able to conduct basic PDS trainings in their respective school units.
A test would be administered at the end of the course to determine the trainee’s level of competency.
Upon completion, participants will be awarded the NCC Basic PDS badge and a certificate to certify their qualification.
There also will be a Course Best Trainee Award.

All graduands from the course are OBLIGED to attend the NCC Enhanced PDS AI Course selections next year and facilitate the setting up of PDS Units in their respective school units.
This is a non-residential course. Cadets are reminded to consume their breakfasts before reporting for the course each day and lunch will be provided. A room would be provided to safe keep your belongings during the course.
