CCHY NCC(AIR): NCC DAY PARADE 2009

1.The National Cadet Corps Day Parade 2009 will be held at NCC Campus field on 24 Jul 09. 2.A total of 4 rehearsals are scheduled prior to the actual parade on 24 Jul 09. 3.The aim of this administrative instruction is to provide the necessary info to all concerned participants on the parade rehearsals and administrative matters. 4.All rehearsals would be conducted at NCC Campus. The rehearsals would be conducted on the following dates and time as listed: DATE /TIME/ EVENT/ REM 26 Jun 1400 – 1730 hr Admin / Briefings / Component Training/All 3 Jul 1400 – 2100 hr Guard of Honor contingents and performances 17 Jul 1400 – 2100 hr Full Dress rehearsals 24 Jul 0900 – 1600 hr All marching contingents and performances 24 Jul 1800 – 2100 hr NCC Day Parade 2009 6.Only Part “C” cadets are allowed to participate in the marching contingents for the NCC Day Parade. 7.All participants are to report to NCC Campus Parade Square at the stipulated dates and timings as indicated for rehearsals. 8.Attire for Guard of Honor marching contingents are as follows: DATE/ CONTINGENT/ ATTIRE 26 Jun - All - No.4 long sleeve, peak cap & gloves 3 Jul - All - No.4 long sleeve, peak cap & gloves 17 Jul - All - No.1 uniform complete 24 Jul - All - No.1 pants, T-shirt, peak cap & gloves for rehearsals 24 Jul - All - No.1 uniform complete for actual parade 9. All participants are to ensure the serviceability of their no.1 uniforms when they loan from Logistics Centre. If your boots or shoes are unserviceable kindly make arrangements to get it changed. 10. All Guard of Honor contingents and parade key appointment holders are to loan their no.1 uniforms, gloves and accessories at Logistics Center on the following stipulated dates and timings: 29 May 09, 1400 – 1700 hr - Sea / Air School Units 11. All no. 1 uniforms are to be returned the following week from 27 – 31 July 09 from 1400 – 1700 hr without fail.
