MONDAY / 1400hrs-1600hrs (EAST DISTRICT)
TUESDAY / 1400hrs-1600hrs (AIR / SEA DISTRICT)
WEDNESDAY / 1400hrs - 1600hrs (CENTRAL)
FRIDAY / 1400hrs - 1600hrs (WEST)
